The aim is to encourage more people to incorporate plant foods in to their diet, by keeping our recipes simple- we are allowing more people to get all of the plant based benefits.
Brittany is the Recipe Developer, Content Creator and Food Photographer behind Cruelty Free Health. Brittany has always had a passion for health and fitness and has lived an active and healthy lifestyle her entire life. Brittany found veganism in 2015 and has been studying Nutrition at the University of Adelaide over the last three years to gain further knowledge in this field. Brittany is passionate about plant based nutrition and making it easy for all (vegan or non-vegan) to incorporate more plant foods in to their diet and in turn, become happier and healthier beings.
