MINI BAKED OATMEAL BARS

Servings 6 BARS

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP ROLLED OATS
  • 1/4 CUP DESICCATED COCONUT
  • 1 CUP SOY MILK
  • 2 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
  • 1/2 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
  • 2 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1/2 CUP SULTANAS
  • 1/2 CUP DICED APPLE

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 DEGREES CELSIUS

  2. ADD ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS TO A BOWL AND MIX TOGETHER UNTIL ALL COMBINED. 

  3. USING A SILICONE MINI LOAF PAN, PLACE A SCOOP OF THE MIXTURE IN TO EACH OF THE SECTIONS UNTIL THEY'RE ~HALF FULL.

  4. PLACE THE LOAF PAN IN TO THE OVEN AND BAKE FOR 20 MINUTES,. REMOVE FROM OVEN, LET COOL SLIGHTLY AND THEN EITHER SERVE HOT OR REFRIGERATE TO CONSUME LATER.

SERVE HOT WITH COCONUT YOGHURT, DAIRY FREE MILK OR COCONUT WHIPPED CREAM AND FRESH FRUIT.
