Ingredients

  • 3 WHITE POTATOES MEDIUM SIZE
  • 1 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 TSP ONION POWDER
  • 1 TSP PAPRIKA
  • 1 TSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 180 DEGREES CELSIUS.

  2. PEEL AND GRATE THE POTATOES.

  3. COMBINE POTATOES AND THE ADDED FLAVOURS IN A BOWL, ENSURE THE SHREDDED POTATO IS COATED IN THE FLAVOURINGS.

  4. FORM IN TO LITTLE BALLS AND PLACE ON A LINED (WITH PARCHMENT PAPER) BAKING TRAY AND FLATTEN WITH A SPATULA.

  5. PLACE THE HASH ROUNDS IN THE OVEN FOR 10-12 MINUTES.

  6. FLIP EACH HASH ROUND AND COOK FOR A FURTHER 10-12 MINUTES.

  7. SERVE WITH TOMATO SAUCE AND ENJOY!
