Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 CUP OATS
  • 1/2 CUP & 1 TBSP SHREDDED COCONUT
  • 6 MEDJOOL DATES
  • 1 TBSP CURRANTS

Instructions

  1. REMOVE THE SEEDS FROM THE DATES.

  2. ADD THE DATES, 1/2 CUP COCONUT AND 1 CUP OF OATS TO A BLENDER AND BLEND UNTIL A CRUMBLE CONSISTENCY.

  3. ADD CURRANTS, 1 TBSP SHREDDED COCONUT, 1/2 CUP OATS TO THE BLENDED MIXTURE AND MIX IT THROUGH.

  4. SERVE WITH PLANT BASED MILK AND ENJOY.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

ADD FRESH FRUIT, RICE MALT SYRUP AND SERVE WITH ALMOND MILK.
