VANILLA CARAMEL CHIA PUDDING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 CUP CHIA SEEDS

1 CUP VANILLA ALMOND MILK

1 TSP CARAMEL STEVIA

1/2 TSP RICE MALT SYRUP

METHOD:

1. COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL AND WHISK TOGETHER.

2. PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR OVER NIGHT.

SERVING TIPS:

I love to eat my Chia Pudding alongside something crunchy like a cereal or granola. Fresh fruit is also a must!! My favourite fruits to eat with this are mixed berries, strawberries, mango, coconut and banana!
