MAPLE-MUSTARD TOFU BITES

 

INGREDIENTS:
(1 SERVING)

HALF A BLOCK OF TOFU (~200G)
4 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP
1/2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
1 TSP WHOLEGRAIN MUSTARD
1/2 TSP AMERICAN MILD MUSTARD OR NORMAL MUSTARD
PEPPER & SALT (PINCH OF EACH)

 

METHOD:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 200 DEGREES CELSIUS
  2. CUT UP TOFU IN TO 1CM CUBES
  3. WHISK TOGETHER ALL OF THE OTHER INGREDIENTS
  4. PLACE TOFU IN A BOWL AND COAT THE TOFU IN THE MARINADE THROUGHLY.
  5. PLACE TOFU ON A BAKING SHEET AND PLACE IN THE OVEN
  6. BAKE TOFU FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRISPY
  7.  ENJOY, SERVE IN A SALAD OR AS A SIDE DISH OR JUST EAT THEM ALL UP ON THEIR OWN.
