SMOOTHIE RECIPES

 

1 cup of Mixed Berries

1 frozen Banana

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

500ml Almond Milk

 

GREEN HALF:

1 cup of spinach
1 banana
4 medjool dates
250ml unsweetened almond milk

YELLOW HALF:
1 banana
4 medjool dates
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
250ml unsweetened almond milk

METHOD:
blend all the ingredients together for each half always starting with the liquids first.

to combine to get the ‘half/half’ look just pour each half of the smoothie in to a glass jar or cup simultaneously on each side.

1 x Pack of frozen pitaya
½ cup frozen mango
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
as much apple juice as you like! (I use an apple juice that is 100% apples, no additives)

½ cup Frozen Mango
½ cup Mango Sorbet
½ cup pineapple pieces
1 Passionfruit
Coconut Water (as needed to reach desired consistency)
Ice cubes

2 cups of watermelon
1 gold KIWI fruit
1 cup of strawberries
1 handful of ice cubes

1 cup frozen mango
1-2 frozen bananas
175mL water

1 cup of Strawberries
1 large Banana (fresh or frozen)
1 tbsp Maca Powder
250mL of Almond Milk (or any dairy free milk)
