HEALTHY PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of Oat Flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp of salt
1 cup of almond milk
1 tsp vanilla essence (could substitute for vanilla bean powder but I have none)
1 mashed banana (used as egg replacement)

METHOD:

1. Whisk together almond milk, banana  and vanilla together in a bowl or a jug. Place oat flour, baking powder and salt in to a bowl and combine. Create a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour in the milk mixture slowly, stirring.

2. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat (if it is a good pan, you wont need any oil or margarine).

3. Pour pancake mixture in to pan and cook until mixture shows signs of bubbling all over, flip pancake, cook until the pancake is cooked through and then remove from the pan.

4. TOP WITH WHATEVER YOU PLEASE!
